oops fixed it

I just got my tub out of storage and am setting it up. Unfortunately I was not around when they put it in to storage several years ago and did not see everything they did. They did take the hoses off of the pumps and I got those reattached easily but I found something in the side of the unit that I am not sure what to do with. It looks like there should be a hose connecting to it as there is a clamp but I don't see it lying around in the unit. I have attached a picture so maybe you know what I am looking at and know if it should be connected somewhere. Thanks
