  1. The filter were pretty clean. I washed them out anyway.I was in contact with D1 trouble shooting this problem. BTW the pump is black. It was determined that the pump was bad. A new pump is on the way. So from Tues-sat the pump did not work.Now Sunday I wake up and noticed it was working. I am now confused more then before. Also I noticed that a puddle of water outside the tub and the skirt was wet also. When I look closer I can see water underneath the shell. I could not find a crack anywhere.The tub was filtering at the time. Any suggestions? Give a look to the hose behind the neckflex it may have a leak and durind filtration at fast flow it will spurt water on cover .
  2. Also have a D1 Spa with ozonator. D1 Ozonator is very effective unit,perhaps "gulping" much chlorine but cheaper using Dichlor then bleach method. Had used Vision but not very impressed with result and wife not very confortable with use of MPS.I had to dumped water a month after the first fill maybe the cartridge was non-effective. I did not renewed vision cartridge and switch to Bromide then Bleach after. You could try starting using Dichlor then Bleach method and see how different your perception and difference in adding chemical without Vision as long as you're using a test kit. Keep us inform.
  3. I've also bought an Amoré Bay at year end 2009 and they delivered an older(2007) one first, canibalized and replaced for a 2009 model. If it is manufactured in 2009, the serial # should start with mm/yy like 0609 for June 2009.You're right about the manufactured date inside the main panel. The change for 2009 model would be the spa cover thickness increase to 4/3. Is it what you got ?
  4. Well, 3 weeks and nothing yet. Ordered by phone so I didn't recieve any email or confirmation of shipment. (eg. no tracking #) Called Monday this week and spoke with the same girl who took the order. (which was good) However, apparently shipping reciepts had now been forwarded to The Controller meaning she had no access to tracking #'s, shipping confirmation, etc. (which was bad) She was to look into it and get back to me. Two business days later and I've heard nothing. (which is bad) Guess I'll try an e-mail through their website and see what happens.... I ordered twice from Canada and received a week later and at reasonable cost(USPS) . Nice service there.
