Notice the Alklinity in my tub was low. Went to buy some Alkalinity increaser and couldn't find any. How do you raise the Alkalinity? PH levels look OK. What are the effect of low Alkalinity? Could it be itchy skin? If not, what cause itchy skin/irritation. Thanks.

I don't know the brand. It is a Bromine that I buy at Home Depot in a Blue Bottle. I'll look to see if its called Baqua. Icon told me that they had issues with this jet design. The jets that actuall fell apart looked like the plastic was disintegrating and there was a lot of white crusty scale on them. Could some chemical imbalance also have contributed to this? Thanks for all the info on replacement parts.

I bought a cheap Icon Image spa last year and am unfortunately finding out more and more that I got what I paid for. After a year, most of the jets are falling apart. Has anyone had this issue, and more importantly, do you know where I can find replacement jets? Thanks for your help.
