Is that the manufacturer warranty on a new spa or is that just the dealer warranty on a pre-owned spa? Yes, this is the manufacture's warranty that we found online with their owners manual. The dealer we are talking to actually offers an extra 5 years on the pumps, which we thought was pretty good.

We are close to purchasing an Artesian Piper Glen but are concerned about the warranty that is offered. We are wondering if others have had problems that would make our concerns valid. Per the on-line owner's manual: Cabinet - no warranty LED lighting system - no warranty Jet Inserts - no warranty Pillows - no warranty Pump Seals - no warranty Filter Lid - no warranty Valve handles - no warranty Stereo system (deck, pop-up speakers, remote) - 30 day warranty Ozonator - 1 year Cover - 1 year Your comments on any of these items (in particular the stereo due to its expense) would be very appreciated.
