The Platinum Elite is my first spa and I enjoy it very much. When I saw it at Costco for $3500, I grabbed it and haven't seen anything better for the money since. Anything else that comes close to the features this one has will go for more than twice as much. This spa sold out of all our local Costcos in a matter of 1 or 2 days. I did have a problem with the stereo power supply but EliteSpas took care of that right away. Service was excellent - they responded quickly. Installing this was a summer project , the hot tub is in a 12x16 Gazebo on a cement slab. The only negative comments about this spa are coming from those who spent way too much on their spa and are now jealous of this one. Enjoy, Dave Renton, WA
