  1. Or take them out and see if that resolves your problem, if it does then clean them or replace them. After the filter check, if your tub has a circ pump, check that too. We have had quite a few that have had circ pump issues, not moving enough water through setting off the flo message. Have you used a thermometer to check the actual temp of the tub? I have removed the filters in the past and the problem does occur with them removed. I haven't attempted to jump the connectors or inspect any other connections expect for the wires that connect into the pressure switch. I have not taken any temperature readings other than what is displayed on the panel. Two quick questions... What does the temp sensor look like? As for the circ pump, which pump is the circ pump (or both)? I have one pump mounted at the base of the tub underneath the control panel, and another mount on the other side of the heating manifold. Thanks,
  2. I have a Jacuzzi Platinum series hot tub from the mid to late 90's. It came with our house, and after a replacing the check valve and servicing the shaft seal for the pump that is located under the display panel, I was able to get it to operate. Since then, I receive a flashing FLO error after the hut tub heats for about 20 minutes. If I let it sit for an hour or so, it will heat for another 20 minutes before the problem reoccurs. I replaced the pressure switch and made several attempts to adjust it without any success. The other odd thing is that no matter what I do, I cannot get the tub hotter than 102, even though the control panels shows the max temperature as being 104. I have spent countless hours messing with the pressure switch without any success. It appears that the switch was replaced once before. Could the wires be mixed up, faulty connection, some problem that I am not thinking of? Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated."
