any advice on four winds hawaii model it has 71 air and water jets 3 5.0 pumps arctic insulation led light all around the top we are getting ready to buy tomorrow we went and wet tested today and i loved it anyone has any advice please let me know thanks

anyone have any information on a clearwater spa we have been looking for about three weeks and are looking to spend around 6000 for 6 person tub with lounger four winds has a real nice hawaii model 3 5.0 pumps 90 x 90 71 air and water jets led lights around waterfall the only thing i have heard about them is we may have to add insulation anyone has any information i would really like to here what everyone has to say

A good cover is always the best place to start. If you already have one you are happy with, then I would say foam builder's board around the perimiter of the cabinet, with a good thick sheet of plastic to seal out air infiltration would be next. Stuffing the empty spaces with foam pellets in plastic bags has worked for some. we do not have a hot tub yet we are still looking why i asked that was four winds tubs were about 1500 to 2000 dollars different in price and they were not full foam insulated and we thought if we went with that one we may have to insulate

we have been checking out hot tubs too this will be are first Four Winds and Infinity are really reasonable on price but were told not to go with infinity have not been told any bad about four winds we have also checked out cal spa, hot springs and dimension one but they are about 1500 dollars different let me know what you decide one we can not figure out which one to go with

if we would have to add more insulation does anyone have any suggestions on what would be the best way and what kind of insulation to us

You should do a search of Four Winds. I read one thread that said they had a $104 dollar additional electric bill due to it, as well as, a few issues in the first year. I would recommend a better brand. Where are you located and are there any dealers for Hotspring, Sundance, or Jacuzzi around you? we live in bristol tennessee far east corner there is only a hotsprings dealer only one we found was around 7000
