  1. Well it's 6 am here and I went outside pulled the front cover off and did what you said with no luck. Maybe it's not a Air bleeding issue anymore? I punch up Jets 1 High & Low Speeds it works fine still. ( sounds normal) When I punch up Jets 2 High & Low Speed still just noise like it's stuck! I can see the armatures spinning on both motor's. Just sounds like the one on the right is running dry and I don't want to run it too long of intervals. I'm afraid of causing damage. Oh the Error Message doesn't show up on the Instrument Controls anymore. I wonder if that's good or bad? This has got to be something Simple. It worked before draining & refilling the water. I guess no hot tub for awhile! Anyone know what my Warranty might be.......less than 1 yr old. Update: I just checked again and the Low Flow Error Message is still showing on the Contrl Panel If you have more than one pump, did you open the union on the correct pump? You want to open the union on the pump that is making the noise and on the circ pump if you have one. The circ pump is what heats and ozonates and filters the water if the tub has a circ pump in it. Do this while the pump is running, just go quickly so you dont damage the pump. You need to keep it loose untill water starts to come out. It still sounds like an air bound issue to me also. You should still be under warranty if it is a warranty issue. Yes it sound like an air lock issue. loosen the union up stream of pump 2 and turn it on. Once water starts to come from the union you will hear and see the pump start to pump. Tighten the union after you have flow. Be prepared to have water squirting out of the union.. Thanks everyone, you people know your on Hot Tubs. It was just like you all said a Air Lock problem. I powered off the Tub with the GFI switch. Then took out the filters and covers . Took out the 2 bleeder screws , turned it on. Ran Jet 2 Low & High, then it struck me to leave the Jet 2 pump going on high and go open the Turn Valves on the Jet 1 side of the Tub. Cranking the Hand valve left then right (shut down one seat) BINGO!! The Tub started blowing air bubbles! Yee Haa....made my day. Put Filters back in and jumped in it THANK YOU ALL AGAIN, Chad

  3. I own a Dimension One Nautilus that almost 1 year old. It's the weekend and no Tech's available at Dealers. Here's what happened: I drain & changed the water. Cleaned Filters. Went to start up the pumps one at a time.Pump 1 started with a little air to blow out until it was steady flow. Went to start Pump 2 and just keep getting nothing but motor pump noise at both speeds. When refilling this tub before I just would open up the two bleeder thumb screws and keep hitting the pump start button on instrument panel, then it would start blowing combo air and water flow.Well I did that this time too but no luck. The Message is Something like this: Water Flow Error/ Please check the Water Level/Take out and Clean Filters/Try again If this Problem is still there Call a Tech. Shouldn't this be able to be resolved without a Tech? It worked fine before changing the water. What am i missing here and doing wrong? HELP PLEASE
  4. Just figured out I'm burning approx 310 kwhs per month more in winter is this normal? I have a D1 and my bill was 735 Kwh billed this month (29days) 399 Kwh billed previous month (28days) I figure approx $61.00 per month in winter months BASELINE RATE 315.000000 Kwh @ 0.11556 101-130% OF BASELINE 94.500000 Kwh@ 0.13139 131-200@ OF BASELINE 220.500000 Kwh @0.22708 201-300% OF BASELIINE 3.62069 Kwh @ 0.31555 They charge so much more after you use the Baseline up. 5. I'm also a new D1 Nautilus owner and I was wondering the same thing. They come with the Default factory settings for 2 cycles a day. I talked to my Dealer and he said once a day is good. I have mine set at 12 (noon) everyday for 30 Min's. So far haven't had much problem except twice the water color has gotten cloudy I think from water chemicals not having the right balance. The Dealer ran a computer test on my water and printed out instructions for what to add. (Decreased for PH, and Alkaline Balancer) This cleared the water up nice. Enjoy Chad
  6. Hello I'm new to this whole hot tub/spa thing. Finally got my water dialed in right....Now Fall & Winter's on it's way. I want to know whats the best way to go. - Leave the tub set up and maintain the water through out the winter season? - Drain it and shut it down covered? I would like to be able to use it on some of the better days but don't know if the cold weather will screw-up the plumbing or working parts. Also if I did keep it maintained and ruining. Do I want to have the temp set low or keep it where it's at 98? As you can see, I don't know much about these issues. If you can help me, I would appreciate your input. If you have a website link to steer me to that also would help.
  7. how old is your D1? I'm pretty sure they have 5 year Warrenty. I just purchased a D1 Nautilus 2 months ago and love it. Let me know what the problem was. Good to stay in tune with other D1 spa owners.
  8. Just got my 1st electric bill for my new Dimension 1 "Nautilus" spa. It's really hard to tell exactly how much it's ruining because the A/C also runs during the summer. I would guess it costing $40 per month. I use it everyday and it cycles 30 Min's ever day. When I bought it the sales guy said it would run approx $20 per month. (no more than a 60 watt light blub) Well I went to the D1 website and they had it calculated the same but they have it at 7 cent per kph. where our rate here in CA starts at 11 cents, then keeps going up to 17 then 23 cents for high usage. Anyway as you can see it was figured under low cost and ideal conditions. I curious to know what it's going to cost to operate during the winter months. Great spa though!
  9. I'm just like you with a new D1 spa. I have the Vision filter to. My water gets cloudy every week and I just shock it which helps but the ph level on the test strips are always high. I put Decreaser in the tub for a couple days (2 capfuls) which brought down the ph level but now thee water is coudy again. What should I doto clear it back up? Shock it? Or put Cholorin in it? Says I can't use Bromine with the Vision cartridge.
