anyone have any experience with sunbelt swim spas? want to hear the good, bad adn ugly. also would like to know if there are another other swim spa's that you all might recommend. looking for for a dual purpose one (swimming and hot tubbing)

sorry, meant to say pump - not filter. just not sure if the de filter needs a higher HP pump or not.

i am considering switching from sand to DE for my filtration. can i use my same filter tank or do i need to get something special?

we did the same but put them in thick plastic bags. has not affected chemistry.

i have a control valve that is having a problem that i can not figure out. wondering if anyone can help diagnose. seems to run on filter fine but when i change control valve to backwash or rinse position i get little water out of the waste port and some water is being returned into the pool. running in the waste position seems to work fine. just replaced the top of the valve (the piece held on with 6 screwsassembly with a new unit and still having problems. could the integral top diffuser be clogged? i am lost.

just wondering. a pool store told me to put some in to bring the PH down - instead of PH decreaser. never heard of using dry acid with bacquacil before.

looking for and oval or square pool that does not have those ugly resin or metal top rails and is flat on the sides (i.e. doesnt bow out between the support posts). a couple years back i saw a steel wall kit that had flat sides but can not find it again. can anyone help?

has anyone - or know if we can - installed a fiberglass pool above ground? its a 16x40 V bottom pool (goes from 3.5' on the ends to about 6' in the middle) and i want to install the center V section about 2 feet in the ground. this would give me about 4 feet above ground in the middle. can this be done?
