  1. For all of you who contacted me regarding a class action lawsuit or contacted the lawyer that I referred you to, you need to read the following link: http://www.texasbar.com/Template.cfm?Secti...ontactID=172103 I am still want to get a class action lawsuit together. And, yes, we can group these cases together under fraud and deceptive trade act. But, we need an attorney. I have started filing complaints with the TX Bar Assoc, Attorney General and others. I have not been on here lately, but I wanted to share this last piece of new info.
  2. Wavetec is seriously the biggest scam artists I have dealt with. They lie about everything, don't back anything up with written documentation, don't do anything they say they will, etc. They put in a crappy pool, don't uphold their so-called warranties and people's pools are still leaking on a daily basis. Anyone, reading this forum, I would highly advise you to NOT do business with them. Their pools are crap. They are waaaaay over priced, etc. I could go on and on all day and night. I am now in the middle of a huge lawsuit with these people. And, hope that by checking this forum on a daily basis and reading posts, placing posts, etc, that people will be steered away from Wavetec and they will slowly lose money and lose business. I just wish that more people knew about this forum. And, I wish more people would help me and the others that have been screwed and scammed.
  3. I have the attorney, and I have things started. I am leading this thing. But, without people coming forward, nothing will get done. My lawyer has not heard from many of you, and I think you know who you are. So, you can keep coming on this site, keep complaining and whining, but unless we form a group, come together as a group, and put action behind these complaints, NOTHING, will get done! So, if anyone want to get involved with this lawsuit, you need to contact me asap!
  4. Anyone having trouble with Wavetec, should contact me. Can't talk about it on here, but would be happy to discuss in private. But, I will mention that I have hired an attorney. And, if you want to be a part in this, contact me. Bivs bivster11@aol.com
  5. Dawn, You are totally incorrect regarding the liner warranty and I suggest you read your paperwork a little closer. First off, the liners are made by a company called Fox Pools. They are the ones that came up with the whole Fox x-brace system, which is what Wavetec uses to build their pools. The liner warranty is for 1 year, and does not cover tearing, cutting, installation issues, etc. I have a copy of the liner warranty from the sales manager and would be happy to share it with you or any one else.
