Up & running nearly 2 months with no complaints- though as one other user had commented the temp isn't the easiest to read during the day- and I think the right side jets are almost too strong. we had a cracked piece of siding during the shipping called Laura Brown- had the replacement in days- when we didn't want to change it ourselves- it was in the middle of the panel and was afraid we may damage others removing- Infinity had a local dealer come over to replace- he looked over the insides as well and was impressed with the quality of the box, insulation etc.- stated it would have cost us twice as much for a similar sizr tub & features with him. We did ask what brand he sold. Our biggest issue has been with chemical balance of the water- we have well water- had opted for the Nature 2 - but may go to bromide next time around- anyone else having issues. It may just be new user issues - checking the water too frequently Infinity also sells over ebay as Esstenial spas- Wholesale recreation- and you can get a more personalized tub- I have used their site for more info on the tub than the little generic booklet- http://www.wholesalerecreation.biz/index.htm I would recommend this brand-

Well said Ken- Costco has several manufactors & all of the complaints so far have not been with the infinity spas. Infinity spas are also available via ebay & I had actually thought of that option but it didn't provide me with the security of returning the item if I had problems. Yes I waited close to 6 weeks but it's up & running & we are very happy. Funny I had more problems with the local dealer where I purchased my chemicals- they billed me twice- when we called they said come in & they would refund the 2nd charge- when we got there we were directed to the national headquarters. After a week of run around -being pasted around from voice mail to voice mail (even being directed to associates on vacation) it's still not resolved- though we want to our bank & they have removed the charge & will deal with the company on our behalf. I 've never had an issue like this with Costco- you can return items even without a reciept and I haven't had duplicative charges. The overwhelming opinion I have of many of you - is sour grapes- - to 104 degrees who wanted to know if rewmoving the panel was difficult - it wasn't but would rather be in the tub then taking pictures to feed this conversation Happy tubing

add another happy sun peak spa from costco user- we connected the electric yesterday & it was more than what we expected. powerful jets, roomy - meant to take a picture when the panel was open- sorry- happy tubbing- I'll be in the tub

we ordered the sun peak on 7/2/07 & it was delivered yesterday 8/9/07. We leave in a old summer community with narrow- hilly roads so we had issue with the large tracker trailer truck delivery & opted for the smaller truck for $300 & a promise to deliver to our desired spot- the delivery occured as promised & on time- our yard is hilly & it took the 3 guys & my husband & son to get it up the yard especially since it was soft from rain the day before. But the spa is where we want it- initially upset when we were told last week that this was the way it would be delivered- but figured it would have cost us to move it ourselves from the bottom of our driveway and it got there in one piece. We haven't had a chance to connect the electric today- raining but are anxiously waiting for tomorrow it looks great and was very comfortable when I sat in it last night- I have been monitoring these boards during our decision process as well as awaiting deliver- and was nervous regarding our decision to buy the spa without seeing first- but this appeared to be the best deal for the money available. I can"t wait to be able to let the naysayers know how good a deal this was. Would like to know if anyone is using Nature 2 or one of the other alternative cleaning systems- I don't particularly want to use alot of chlorine.
