As soon as I get a full electric bill (we get billed bi-monthly and our Infinity went into service at the end of August) I will let you know how much it affected our electric bill, but my first calculation on a partial billing was our bill will go up $16-20/month. Not that big a deal IMO. No problems with the spa, we love it. Installed easy, controls set easily, maintains temperature, etc. Would definitely buy one again.

Hey everyone, I logged on to share an update of my experience with my new Infinity spa from Costco and found the tread/topic had been locked. What happened? Anyway, spa was delivered on Aug 8th, 29 days after the order was placed on July 10th. We rented a piano roller (helpful hint for others trying to move their spa) to move it from the driveway to the cement pad in the back yard. Took a couple of weeks, but the husband reviewed the installation instructions, talked with an electrician friend to verify, and wired it in himself. Tub was filled and running the last week in August and has been running just fine ever since. Holds the temperature steady, everything seems to work, the variety of jets and seating is awesome. We love it!

New here and just posted to the other Infinity thread. I ordered an Infinity the week of July 16th and have an ETA of Aug 3-10. Will keep you posted as to actual delivery and how it all works out. Very interested in hearing others experiences as they take delivery.

hey I am new to this forum too, and only found it as we are waiting on delivery of our Infinity spa from Costco and my husband asked me to print him out any pictures I could find to help with the setup and layout. Yikes! never even dreamed we might be walking into a problem product. IMHO, Costco doesn't sell junk since they stand behind everything. Looking forward to hearing the experiences of the other new purchasers. As far as shipping, I ordered our tub the week of July 17th, and we have an ETA of Aug 3-10. Will keep everyone posted!
