Can I replace my jets with the rotating ones? Are they threaded? Can I do it from inside the spa without draining or taking apart?

I have inspected the equipment compartment and it is bone dry. The other night I was in it and this ring, plastic with for a lack of better terms, spikes came off of one of the jets. The piece holds the jet and when back into place but it doesn't snap in or anything. That's why I think I may need to replace that jet. Can it be done from the outside or do I have to rip this thi.g apart?

It's on a flat surface and one of jets has air coming out all the time.just a little.

How do I remove them?

i recently bardered for a round hot spot spa. it ran at his house with no issue. i filled i t up and have been running it however it is leaking on the oposite side of the pump. i dont know if it is a leaking jet i just have no idea. how hard is it to replace a jet? the plastic skirt does show any indication that removal is possible. like i said i am new this so any advise would be grateful. its a small puddle. thanks!
