My brand new Dimension D1 Journey pulls water into the filter only for the first 5 minutes of the 60 minute cycle when it is on high. After 5 minutes it automatically goes into a lower mode that is on for the remaining 55 minutes of the filter cycle. In this mode there is no water pulled into the filter. Dimension One Service claims this is normal and not a warranty issue but my water is cloudy & clearly not being filtered. I am at an impasse with Dimension One Service. The dealer says his hands are tied without support from D1. Any ideas?

I have a new Dimension One Journey Spa that does not pull water through the filter after 5 minutes in Filter Mode when it automatically goes from high to low speed for the remainder of the 60 minute cycle. Dimension One Service claims this is normal. How can the filter work if no water is passing through it? I owned a Hydro Spa Endurance before this and it always pulled water through the filter in the low speed Mode. All efforts to get a warranty repair approved by Dimesnion One have been rejected, so I am on my own according to the dealer who sold me the spa.
