  1. Ok I have done some more research and it appears that it most likely is due to low/no flow through the heater due to clogged filter, bad flo sensor, or valves not being open completely. Is there are way to test the flow sensor without removing it and I have 2 valves I can see 1 before and 1 after the heater. Are there any other I may have missed? Im still not sure why top light heat is on, but that may be due to the broken capillary maybe??
  2. Bought a used hot tub, not sure what brand/model(cant find any tags or stickers with info). Seemed to be working perfectly at the sellers home. Since getting it installed at my house It hasnt been heating. Top side control heat light is on, but the HTR light on control box isnt. The relay for the heater isnt engaging, I can manually engage the relay and heating element starts to heat but doesnt seems to be getting any water flow, thus heating up and tripping the hi limit switch. Control Box is Scandia Module model#rv612rgk. While moving an ozone generator while checking voltage the capillary for the thermostat on the top side control broke. Can I just use the thermostat on the control box? Im a newbie when it comes to hot tubs.
