Has anyone ever seen tubing under kool decking? My kool decking is in bad shape. It's comming off all around the pool. What I found is that in a number of places there is like 1/4" blacking tubeing being expposed. In places it's spaced about 10" apart and running both vertically and horazontally and in other places it's just in certin spots. It's harder than a hose but plyable. Thanks
