Hi all I have a heating problem tub will not heat the box is an iq 2020 when I reset the power I get 3 led lights briefly lim htr controller unplugged then the only one to stay lit is the lim this is a steady green I understand from some research that the lim indicates that the sensors are working correctly and I should have the HTR light on red and that the controller unplugged should be out I guess they come on briefly as some form of power on test to prove they are working then I should only have the lim lit green and the HTR lit red my problem is I have no HTR lit any one got any ideas many thanks

have a problem with my spa spaquip 1200 start the tub up from cold runs for an hour or so gets to about 11.25 degrees then up pops error 1 prime error if the thing was not primed i would have thiought this would appera at start up any ideals thanks

hi to all forgive me if i post in the wrong place i am new and could really use some help i have recently got a spa my first one i dont know the make cant seem to identifiy it ? it has a balboa m7 value and balboa 400 top side as soon as i turn on the breaker the spa primes and the the pump runs on low speed the problem is the blower runs all the time if i switch off the blower on the topside it stops and the heater kicks in but aftre about 15 econds the blower fires up again and the heater kicks out so my tub is staying cold heater will only work when blower is off i have triied to run it with the blower unpluged i still have to press the blower button on the top side to make it think the blower is off and the same thing happens i press blower it thinks its off heater lights up 15 seconds or so the control thinks the blower has switched itself back on and the heater light goes off again any help would be really good it has a hydroair gennisis blower model no GB90-2NN-S BALBOA M7 VALUE CONTROL BOARD VL 400 BALBOA TOPSIDE WITH 4 BUTTONS AND DIGITAL DISPLAY BUTTONS ARE SET JETS LIGHT AND BLOWER THANKS IN ADVANCE
