Power bump.... lightining in the area... power cicles on and off multiple times in a short period of time... And yea.... I figured I had a issue... now to find a good repair person.... first problem I have had

I have a 7 year old Sundance Cameo... we had a power bump last week and when I realized the tub was off the temp was 38 degress... That was Sat around noon.... tub it only up to 77 today.... Do I have a heater probelm......??
