  1. My dealer said that they can change a lot of things. Length of time pumps run, max temp setting ext. not really trying to do anything special just wanting to know what can be changed in case one appeals to me.
  2. Yes I'm sorry it is a cantabria.
  3. Does anyone have a list of the soft codes for caldera utopia spas? Dealer only gave me the one to change it to a converted tub.
  4. Figured out where the leak was coming from. After a long look it ended up being the Air Controls. They said it could either be the valves are bad or that the tub was a little to full. Thank God we didn't just let them tear into the foam like they wanted to!!
  5. Yes it is above both. I have never let the water level go below both valves. Thank you for the contact info! I talked to the dealer today and they are still being very combative with me and when I mentioned the 90 day no leak warranty he stated " he had never heard of that". Every time I suggest that we rely on the manufacture to provide info they get very agitated. Could there be a reason behind this or is it just bad customer service?
  6. Thanks for all the very helpful information! Yes an electrician wired the hot tub up the converted way with the extra breaker. As for the water level I would say its about a 1/2-1inch per week that is being lost. I have noticed that after I fill it up the puddle of water is pretty significant but once the water level goes down the puddle seems to be less but still present. That is with no use after the fill. As for the insulation, I'm not sure if it is foam or fiber core, the techs that come out just always refer to it being foam.
  7. I purchased a new Cantabria hot tub in late September. I noticed that the concrete pad was always wet around one side of the hot tub. In additon to that, pump 1 needed to be replaced which was completed under warranty. The radio sound keep's cutting out and the dealer hasn't fixed it due to an RF interference of some sort. Also, the tub will lose 3 degrees with just pump 1 on low with outside temps being 35 to 40 degrees in about an hour and half. The wet concrete is the result of a leak in the tub which now my dealer wants to start tearing into the foam inside to try and find where the water is coming from. I have told them my concern in regards to tearing into the foam of the tub and jepordising the integrity of the unit. So far that is the only option given to me. Am I out of line to request a full replacement? Or a full refund? I've had this "top of the line'" tub for 4 months and not all of the components working at the same time! Any thought on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
