  1. Had the circuit breakers off through the winter on the tub, went to warm it up and no heat. Had replaced the heater board several years ago as it burned. Red circuit board light is off, searching forums and only find threads with light on and no heat.. This is not the newest board with 2 relays... Also, the air bubbles coming up from the bottom has ceased which I am guessing is a recirculation pump.. Need some help
  2. Greetings, Installed a new heater board in my 2008 Tiger Spa Grandee. Went easy and works great but..... after you trun of the clean mode or the jets after use, several mins later it goes to a flashing red light on the control panel versus the green and red..never has ever done this Walk over to the fuse panel and trip the switches (220) and away we go again
  3. http://wcrotts.com/postinfo.html Posted new pics Dan....all are image resized so you can click on them and they will expand and then you should also be able to expand them further into the largest format, shot in HD also so they are clean. I just now looked at them in full size and it is the heater board as the picture shows the burn from the relays...so it just got cheaper
  4. tomorrow, pics of it. Thank you
  5. Can't post a picture here so I made a web page to show it. http://wcrotts.com/postinfo.html Yellow box 1 is where I thought it was melted. Looking at it the melted area appears on the lift side of the tiered board. Red box 2, directly to the other side of it was the soot area. Now it is my understanding that the heater board is to the far left, the blue colored board. Bob-
  6. Hi Dan..yes, it does look melted and black rubberish. I automatically thought this is it as on the inside cover where you have the diagrams that shows your circuits is was very heavy soot stained in the top right corner. I can take a picture tomorrow and post it up, would be nice to have it just the heater board....will get some good close ups
  7. Greetings and first time here.. Have a HotSprings Grandee 2008 tub with the IQ2020 control. Heater wasn't working I automatically thought it was the No-Fault or the heater circuit board..no prior history with our tub since new. When I removed the control cover there was electrical soot inside the right side of the cover and soot webs everywhere. The heater board is to the left and to the right of that board is a stacked/tiered circuit board. On the left side of that top tiered board it appears to be a capacitor or such melted..so I am guessing I have to get a whole new controller....if so, best price locale? Bob
