I just tried to turn my Hayward VSP 3400, the timer says it is priming but nothing happens,,, the timer ticks but again nothing,,, went to the diagnostic menu and nothing,,, it does say com bus offline,,, had the pool built last September and am within the warranty period ,,, pool builder closed until Monday,,, Appreciate any help,,,

I want a timer which will turn pool lights on and off at a certain time, builder looked perplexed when I asked if there was something besides a "on/off" switch,, he said he did not know, is he being lazy or is there n such thing?
