Having seen another post on the site whining about being cheated by arthurs pools (as far as I can tell they got their stuff, if a little late) I decided I had to post my experience....which is all good. Last May my wife started bugging me to get a pool for the kids, so I started looking around. I went to the local stores, but they were very expensive and pushy...so I started looking on line. After looking through several sites, I settled on a Legacy pool as the one I wanted to get. Then I started shopping price and found that arthurspools.com (and whatever affiliates there may be) had the best price. So I called them up and talked to a sales guy who was very easy going, no pressure. He customized my package the way I wanted it, and told me the price. He told me there were several options in how I could pay for it. Including credit card, paypal, sending in a check or a money order or check by phone. Thier site listed prices cheaper for options other than credit cards (something to do with fees..like the gas station) I chose to pay by check by phone and they processed the payment right away. 2 days later they contacted me with a tracking # to a shipping company and 4 days after that my pool arrive, wrapped up on a pallet. We set up the pool in an afternoon (it was one of those easy set up ones) but it looked kind of saggy, so I called Arthurs Pools and they told me that until the water was in it would do that. They also said I could send them pictures and they'd look over the set up. Which I did, and three phone calls later I was finally happy that I had done everything right. Arthurs Pools was very herpful and right. When the pool filled up with water it did straighten out nicely. I had nothing but a good experience with them. They have good product (at least mine was good) They know what they are talking about and they shipping a 700 pound pool all the way across the country without incident I don't what this other ladies problem was.....but I heartily recommend Arthurs Pools if you are looking for a good cheap pool.

They offered you a discount for that check by phone, just like me, and I got 4% off my sale. We are really very happy with our expereince with Arthur's Pools We shoppped the interent, found the pool we liked, (A legacy pool) and then shopped prices. Found Arthur's had the best price....and offered a discount for a check over the phone We had the pool in a week and we have enjoyed the living daylights out of it. they have losts of videos and information on their site. And I found them to be very responsive. You sound like a complainer to me.
