I'm looking for fiberglass pool installers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I've found a few - C2 Pools, Royal Pools, and TexStar. Out of those 3, only one has returned my call, come out and given me an estimate. I'm a bit leery, because he won't do a gravel backfill and actually mentioned using part of the excavated dirt as backfill. I've left messages with the other 2 but have yet to receive a return phone call. Makes me wonder what kind of service to expect in the future. Any recommendations?
