It says that the salt level is 2.8 and when we test at the pool shop it seems to be OK

Hi I am getting codes 194 & 125 and the unit is not producing chlorine. I have cleaned the cell (was scaled on each end) and re-instlled but again the codes have come back on. The flow sensor is clean. The temperature sensor matches the pool temp. Does anyone have any ides what to do next
