  1. For those that have an Intex, like me; how do you find the pump / filtration? I've had mine for a few weeks now, and replaced the filter yesterday - it was brown and full of gunk! I've replaced it with another cartridge (type A), but I am thinking of trying a filter sock. I don't know where to obtain this, but have seen these Filter Bags. Are they designed to replace the cartridge filter, or slip over the top of the cartridge? If you have used these or have any other suggestions please post, and also if you know where I can get them in Western Australia. Thanks..
  2. We have a 15' Intex, set up on grass. After the ladder is used there is a small dent / imprint where the ladder legs have been on the bottom of the pool / liner. I move the ladder around quite a bit, but the pool is installed into a corner so only have about 20 degrees of the ppol to move the ladder around and there is starting to be an area on the bottom of the pool which has 'sunk' where the ladder legs have been. I am thinking of attaching something large made from flat plastic to the bottom of the legs and using cable ties so that the ladders feet don't imprint into the liner. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Thanks..
  3. You should have some plugs which came with your pool. Unscrew the inlet and outlet covers from the inside of your pool (under the water line) and push the plugs in. This will stop water from gushing out while the cover if off the pump; note that the water in the pump and lines will come out though. Be sure to bleed the system before powering back on after replacing the filter..
