Hi guys.
To make a long story short, my sense of smell for chlorine or a part of it changed about a year ago. Now when I smell chlorine it stinks. When my wife washes whites with bleach in the house, I can't stand it, and my tub is not as enjoyable to me.
I switched my Caldera C45 from chlorine to bromine a couple of weeks ago, and the smell is no better. My son and wife smell the chlorine smell, but it is not offensive to them like me. I don't have many issues with cloudy water, etc.
I am thinking of changing to baquaspa and seeing if that helps. What I am wondering is if I need to use baquaspa brand for EVERYTHING?
I already have pH up, pH down, alkalinity increaser, etc. for balancing my water. Can I still use them to balance the water, or must I use something specific for biguanide?
I know I need to use the baquaspa sanitizer, oxidizer, and waterline control. Anything else?
Thanks in advance!!
Ron
