  1. thanks for all the help! I just bought a D1 repair kit and will replace the sensors and probes one by one when it comes in. other than this spa is working great...
  2. its 2003 all clean and circ is pumping water may be my high limit probe is no good?
  3. My spa heats up but does not shut off until call service massage appears on the top side controller and the temp. read out still stays at 80 degrees even the heating temp.is set higher.
  4. Its leaking on the left side of the pump where the water intake and out take is... I think I could fix this by my self if I know where I can order these parts from the web. thanks.
  5. Both pump 1 and pump 2 are leaking and I like to reseal the gasket/o ring where can I buy the parts and what need to be done? thanks.
  6. thanks, slowly getting their I thinkI will replace that valve controller next week, will post some photos.
  7. The pump I took out leaks and seems like it just needs a new gasket , where can I order the parts? thanks
  8. update: I unscrewed the both junctions while the motor was running LOW and was able to get the jet #2 motor pumping water. BUT the leak on the pump jet motor #2 became a stream ... I replaced the #2 jet motor and now the both jet motors are working.... as you know I am newbie to spa and I was able to locate some parts that I bought recently for $550 because I needed NEW heater according to our spa tach. when he gave me a estimate of how much the heater cost to repair , I told him I will buy the parts used and either call him back for fix it myself. I got lucky that I found parts that was 90% comparable which came with updated CPU control box, updated top side controller, 2nd top side jet controller that shoes human body, 2 jet motors, CIRC. pump, heater, valve controller board and 5 valves which I have no idea where it goes, and fan. so far , I replaced CPU controller, top side controller, and jet pump #2 with out the problem.. thanks for all your help and I have one last problem with limit heat sensor , anytime I set heat above 80 degrees the heater stays on than few hours later the WARNING DISPLAY reads DO NOT ENTER, CALL SERVICE. It looks like My heat sensor is bad ... any Ideals thanks, again.
  9. did that and still no jets coming out even the pump is turning. thanks
  10. this is looking down from top of spa , their are 2 holes either side of red light, only the one on the left is blowing water out , nothing comes out of hole on the right since the other pump is turning but not blowing the jets.
  11. the filter on the left is not sucking any water when either JET 1 or JET 2 is turned on. filter on the right sucks the spa water when the other pump is turned ON.
  12. here is photo of shut off valve back of the motor
  13. the water drops are coming from left side of pump , pretty much center of the photo below the white hex nuts.
  14. I thought it was air lock until I saw couple drops of water per second leaking from bottom of this pump. It comes on both low and high speed but jets are not blowing , I have opened at junction to bleed the air out. could this be the problem of why my jets are not working> thanks
  15. UPDATE I opened up the union and let the water in and still did not work. while I was looking at the pump , the pump was leaking water at 2 drops per second, could this be the cause?
