I have a 2005 Grandee and the waterfall control valve does not shut the water off to it completely. This tub has the "Wellspring" waterfall not the newer style fountains. The local dealer has a replacement cartridge and I am looking for help on how it is installed. After pulling the handle off the square post of the valve that leaves the bezel covering the fitting on the shell. Does the bezel screw on, snap on or? After that comes off does the cartridge come right out or is there some type of retainer? Also the outside ring on one of the small jets in the footwell is a little loose and the inner jet moves around freely, can it be replaced with water in the spa and how does it come out? Thanks in advance for your help.
