It's now been six weeks. Not only do I not have a tub, I can't get an answer on where it is or how much longer it will be. What is a reasonable time for delivering a tub? It's paid for in full. Apollo217 Posted June 18, 2013 Report Posted June 18, 2013 I know this spring it has taken longer then expected to get hot tubs in from factories though 6 weeks seems kind of excessive. Put a little pressure on the dealer by threatening to cancel unless he can give you a delivery date Quote

The dealer will provide a window of time for delivery and there may be various reasons for delay, so I wouldn't worry about your Hot Spring making its way to you in North Carolina.If you have any concerns on the timing from the manufacturer please do call Hot Spring customer service at 1-800-999-4688 ext. 8432. Grandee622 Posted June 19, 2013 Report Posted June 19, 2013 I'm waiting as well ( in NC). I ordered my spa 3 weeks ago and was told yesterday another 2 weeks before delivery. :-(. Was told that orders are backed up. Quote

Daveinnc Posted June 19, 2013 Report Posted June 19, 2013 You are going to love it. My Grandee arrived on May 22nd ( I am in Greensboro) and i have used it almost everyday since. I have been out of town for two days and I am having hot tub withdrawals. Quote
