We have a 2001 Catalina spa that I have owned for approx. 4 years. We recently moved and the hot tub hasn't been used in about 4 months. I hooked up the electrical and filled it up tonight and I'm getting FLO and COOL error codes. The spa has two pumps, the secondary pump kicks on but sounds like its not getting enough water or not fully priming and the primary pump wont kick on at all which is why it wont heat I'm guessing. I have gotten the FLO code in the past after draining/refilling but the problem usually corrects itself after the pipes fill. Is there some hibernation or non use protocol I should have followed prior to filling?

Likely unrelated but the LED lights wont work either.

Thanks in advance for any info or opinion!!!

I have been checking on some things this morning and this is what I found.

The primary pump has 120v at both hot contacts

The primary pump's shaft spins freely

I jumped the contacts on the flow switch and "heat" showed up on the display but the pump never kicked on

I disconnected the contacts to the flow switch and nothing changed

The lights don't work and the CD player doesn't work

I replaced the BUSS fuse and nothing changed

There is a red light on the mother board that is lit

I'm hoping this additional info will help identify the problem.

Thanks for any help!
