What Is A Ten Year Old Sundance Optima Worth?

I have an opportunity to buy a used Optima from a dealer. He includes a one year warranty and will install a cd ozonator,as well as refurbish some parts. He is asking $4100. Should I be buying a ten year old hot tub at this price?

That's to much in my opinion. It's a good brand and one of the higher end from that brand. With a dealer warranty that helps but I still think closer to 2000 on the high end. If it's in stellar condition.
