Cameo Dave Posted May 22, 2013 Report Posted May 22, 2013 Hi I've just installed a second hand sundance spa cameo 850 export modell year 2004 about 3 weeks ago. And up until now it has worked fine but as a came home from work yesterday the control board showed 9.8.8 and nothing worked no jets or light or cirkulation pumps, i have tested all fuses and i have also measured the incoming voltage 220 v and 9 v and 12 v at the transformator plug to the circuit board What can i do next? Please help me and sorry for my spelling i am swedish and live in sweden thanx David Quote
n1oty Posted May 22, 2013 Report Posted May 22, 2013 Bad circuit board and/or bad topside are the most likely culprits. It's stuck on 988 because it is lighting up all the LED segments as part of the power-on-self-test. It is not progressing past this point in the boot up sequence. I always plug a known good topside in and repower for a test. John Quote

Do you know if it should work without the topside control panel connected i mean cirkulation pump etc. As mine shows temperature in celsius not farenheit do i need a speciel topside?
