Building A Small Swimming Pool Or Swim Spa

Hi to all!

I am newbie here, I need to know how to build a small swimming pool or swim spa in our small yard. as I measured it, it's basically 5 feet by 10 feet and 3.5 - 4 deep feet.

Above ground concrete with no tiles is my best option at this time, because of my tight budget. My friend told me to use concrete super seal and acrybond liquid waterproofing to prevent water from leaking.

is this really true?

and in plumbing system what do you guys suggest? please answer me please.
