Cape Town Pools Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 I have been looking at various swimming pool safety products for a new swimming pool. The obvious ones include a safety net and pool fence. Someone has suggested a pool alarm that sounds as soon as a child enters the water. Obviously it's a little late once the kid has fallen in but the idea is that if there are a bunch of people at the pool it is possibly a good way to prevent a drowning from happening in front of everyone. Are there any thoughts on a good system to use and whether this type of product has any value? Quote
