San Juan Iridium Colors

Does anyone know why San Juan Fiberglass Pools is having so many issues with dealer support and iridium color issues? I am strongly considering another manufacturer after many loyal years with them. I have talked to many dealers here in the Midwest who have had it. Damaged pools, twisted pools, gel coat failures, outrageous transportation cost and pretty much arrogance at the regional rep. level and corporate level to the extent that “you should be grateful for selling our junk” attitude. They remind me a lot lately of IBM in the 70’s. They thought they had it all, and then they found out they were hardly even relevant in the industry they once dominated.

Ok, so I guess I was right on my first call. We have a disgruntled dealer here. IF you don't like San Juan then change. They are not the only fiberglass pool manufacturer out there. As I said in your other thread

Usually people who post a first post such as your do have an agenda. That is what we tend to see. I am happy that you do now and are going to be a contributing member to the forum.

Yours has become obvious so I guess you are just here to complain and not contribute.
