Pop-Up Come Up With A Lot Of Air And Don't Rotate

My pop-ups do do come up but they have a lot of air bubbles when they come up. When they are up they don't rotate they just shoot water in the same direction. They go through their cycle but don't trun. Any help please?

Pop ups don't move when they are up. They ratchet when coming up or going down.

Can you provide pictures of the heads? Or what the brand of in-floor cleaner you have? It takes water flow to push the heads up. If you are having air coming through the lines, it sounds like the pop-ups aren't getting pushed all the way up, and if they aren't getting extended all the way, then they won't rotate when they retract.

Finding out why the pump will not get full prime may be why the cleaner is floundering.
