Hello everyone!

I've got a swimming pool which has problematic tile joints. In conjuction with the pumps that were not working properly,

I was experiencing serious algae problems. I decided to change the pumps, but cannot change the tiles or fix the joints

as it's very expensive.

Therefore, I was thinking of installing a copper silver ionization water system equipment or an ultrasound water treatment.

Both systems promise algae control....

What do you think? Given the fact that I will install better pumps, do you think that either of the two water treatment systems

will solve the algae problems?

In a word, no. If you have algae then your chlorine levels are not OK. Please post a full set of test results so we can get a better idea of what is happening in your water and some description of the equipment that you have.
