mark3993 Posted July 5, 2011 Report Posted July 5, 2011 I'm looking for fiberglass pool installers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I've found a few - C2 Pools, Royal Pools, and TexStar. Out of those 3, only one has returned my call, come out and given me an estimate. I'm a bit leery, because he won't do a gravel backfill and actually mentioned using part of the excavated dirt as backfill. I've left messages with the other 2 but have yet to receive a return phone call. Makes me wonder what kind of service to expect in the future. Any recommendations? Quote
stephen2020 Posted July 28, 2011 Report Posted July 28, 2011 Well I would suggest looking at customer reviews websites like Angie's List. I think you will have better success looking there then just Googling because then you have people's actual views of the companies rather then what comes up on Google. Plus you will then be able to figure out if their customer service is actually good and it seems like the companies you have looked at don't have great customer service. Hopefully that helps! Quote
