Jon.P Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 Hi, We purchased a Barracuda X7 pool cleaner for our 9x4m pool last year. The device has a problem in that the feet wear very badly, and the front foot gets sucked in to the device regulary, causing wear and tear. Just look at the thing - it has totally worn away in just a years usage. We live in a hot summer climate, the device is used one hour in morning and one in the evening. The suction flow device shows level 3, which is normal. Zodiac US tell me that the foot has been redesigned to be more robust. I am now trying to get a replacement under the 3 year guarantee. Has anyone else had a problem with their X7 like this? Regards, Jon Quote
