riverman Posted August 15, 2010 Report Posted August 15, 2010 so i think ive widdled my hot tub problem down to the pump/motor... i think. the problem: the motor is stuck on high. or, "jets two". everything else seems to be working properly. heater, thermostat, the top control seems to be properly controlling all other functions... but for some reason the pump wont come out of its "jets two" function. no matter what i do. is it possible there is a solenoid, or something similar on hot tub motors? or do they not work like that...? either way, something isnt triggering... any ideas??
