Hot Tub Will Not Turn Back On

I recently acquired a used Dimension One Diplomat ultra light 1997 series. Serial# Dipp232up465961. Had a licensed electrician hook the unit up for me. i worked great for 2 days. Last night i was using the spa, the second speed for pump #2 sounded like it was cavitating, it did work and then about an hour later the Spa Shut off completely. It was late. the next morning, i woke up to water dripping from the shaft seal assembly..no biggie figured i would just order the parts online. before I ordered any parts, i figured let me see if the pump itself works. I filled up the spa, turned both breakers on, and nothing comes up on the control panel, no error codes...NOTHING!! My question to anyone is: is there some sort of reset switch, or something im doing wrong? Any type of information would be helpful. When i do flip the breaker, it automatically trips!!

Check the buss fuses...20-30amp fuses usually
