My immediate thought is the relay, I think that is what pool clown is asking. turn them on and check the voltage to your pump. If there is voltage, you Have a pump problem. If not it's more likely a relay. Pool clown has posted several very good diagnostics on this specific question, he is more educated about them than I, just thought I'd offer my 2 cents for it's worth.
