Maybe call The Pool Guys in Saratoga. I get my 12.5% bleach there, which they say they use in their own service business. I maintain my own pool, so I don't know the details on their service, but I had them out once to orient me to my gear. (He said when the time came they would open up my DE filter and do the hosedown, "after that you should be able to do it yourself.") Also they were the first ones to tell me my CYA was too high, back when I didn't know anything or have my own tset kit. So, I think they know what they're doing.
