gadawg31 Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 I was wondering when I put the salt in my pool, will it hurt the liner if it sits on the bottom? I mixed a small amount in a bucket and it did not "quick dissolve" as the package stated. I just don't want to put a 100lbs or more of salt in the pool and it burn through my liner. Any thoughts. Thanks. Quote
kc pool Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 no salt will not harm your liner the only things that will harm is unbalanced chemicals and sharp objects. I would suggest after you dump the salt sweeping it around to help it dissolve faster. Quote
