Aqua Logic Cholorinator Error

Hello all, I have the following error message and I do see some blogs on one similar but not exactly.

My error message reads "chlorinator off test salt level" I do not show zeros when in diagnostic mode. My numbers are +26.12v +5.32A, 84f and 2300ppm. I have removed, cleaned and reinstalled the chlorinator. How do I correct the error message? It appears that the board is fine. insatnt salt is 2300 yet pool company test indicates 2900 on salt level, flow switch indicates "FLOW"

Any suggestions or fixes? System is 5 years young.
