First off let me say I searched first and couldn't find anything in the forum to help.

I recently aquired a United Spas spa with the Smarttouch 1000 controller. I got it all hooked up and filled. It will run for about a minute on the low blower but then throws a PsoL code. While it is running if I push the jet button to high it only runs for about 1 second before throwing a PsoH code. Per the manual I opened one of the pipe fittings to let any trapped air out (never really heard escaping air like the manual said, just water). After shutting itself off it will come back on a few minutes later then shut of after about a minute (cycle continues).

When I got the spa it was wired for 110, I could not find a wiring diagram for it but rewired it to 220 by just reversing what the stickers inside said to do to make it run on 110. The manual said the pressure switch could need adjusted so I tried that. I got a sensor bad code which the manual said means the sensor is bad and needs replaced. So i ordered a new sensor.

I got the sensor last night and installed it. There was no change, it still acts the same way.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

it came to you as a 110v system and you changed it to 220v without a manual? i just hope you did not cook the board good luck keep us posted

Well right above the connections it has instructions on how to convert it from 220 to 110 and I just reversed it. The heater works, it's just a problem with the jets/sensors. But your right, that would suck if I cooked the board.

most tubs nowadays that you can change the voltage on need to have the pumps changed also. it could be that you might need a 220 volt pump to run the tub on 220. why don't you wire the tub back to 110v and just make sure that everything is still working. if it's not, then you might have cooked something.
