Linda23 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 I spent over $200 on this thing and it is nothing but junk. The reel bows in the middle when the cover is on it. The cranks come out of the base when I am trying to turn the crank to reel the cover in. I am so disgusted. That is a lot of money to spend and not have the product do the job. I am calling my pool dealer tomorrow morning to complain about it. If he doesn't take the thing back and refund my money, he is loosing a good customer who will never recommend him to anybody ever again. I went to the product website to complain but it does not have a link to contact them with problems. Quote
