Aquatrol Salt Reading

I have an Aquatrol RJ saltwater system and the salt reading seems to be off. It is flashing "low salt" but I have had my water tested at 2 different locations and they both say I am at 3200-3300 ppm. The reading on the display shows 2400. When I started up the pool I had a hard time getting the reading up. Once i did, it read 3200 but the pool store tests showed 4100-4300 ppm. Anybody else had this issue?
