Pool Clown Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Put the Pool builder on notice right away. He may want to wait and see if they fade, thats fine. Make sure he knows if they don't fade that he is to make it right (dive and light sanding). I would let him know that you will be holding final payment as well, until resolved to your satisfaction. This is your pool, not the builders. Quote
