usandapool Posted June 10, 2010 Report Posted June 10, 2010 ahk! We filled our pool with 2 feet of water and then cut the liner for the skimmer and it's sagging!! There is a noticable sag in the liner under the skimmer. Is this normal is it going to leak? It is an above ground vogue oceania. Thanks so much for any replies. Quote
britinusa Posted June 10, 2010 Report Posted June 10, 2010 I normally wait until the water line is just below the skimmer before I cut it. Can you post a pic as im not sure if it will leak. Quote

Yes I guess we should have done that. As we fill it the sag gets less and less. I don't have a picture. The screws for the faceplate went through liner on all four corners but not quite in two of the bottoms holes. My husband is hoping that the pressure from the gasket in the skimmer will be enough to stop a leak . . . Quote
